The IM C400 is the low volume machine: 40 pages a minute in color, letter and legal, compact enough for a corner. The IM C4500 is the machine most offices choose, for low to medium volume: 45 pages a minute, four paper drawers up to 12x18, and a sort and staple finisher. The IM C6000 is the same chassis at 60 pages a minute for medium to high volume. Most offices are surprised how well the C4500 or C6000 fits them; the bigger machines are not too much machine for a normal office. Every one prints, copies, and scans to email, folder, or cloud. Which RICOH copier is right for my office?
Two questions decide it: roughly how much you print, and the largest paper you print. Low volume on letter and legal, the IM C400. Low to medium volume, or anything on 11x17 or stapled, the IM C4500. Medium to high volume, the IM C6000. The C4500 and C6000 are not too much machine for a normal office; most offices choose one of them. Tell us both and the quote names the machine.
Do you lease or sell RICOH copiers?
Both, and month to month as well. Every quote shows the lease and the purchase side by side, and month to month is available on request. Same machine, same install day, same Coverage Plan.
Are these used copiers?
They are off-lease. Every RICOH we stock came back at the end of a lease at another office: late-model IM series machines, checked and serviced before install, on the same Coverage Plan and the same 4-hour response as a new machine. Kyocera is what we quote new.

Does the RICOH IM C400 print 11x17?
No. The IM C400 prints letter and legal. If you print 11x17, the quote moves to the IM C4500 or IM C6000, which run four drawers up to 12x18.
Which RICOH machines have a finisher?
The IM C4500 and IM C6000 carry a sort and staple finisher as standard. The IM C400 does not; an internal stapler can be added when an office needs stapling.
What comes with a RICOH lease?
Delivery, installation on your network, print and scan setup, in-person training, and haul-away of your old machine. Toner, parts, labor, and service calls ride on the Total Coverage Plan, billed per page, month to month, with a technician onsite within 4 hours.
How much does a RICOH copier lease cost?
One rate sheet, same for every office, quoted once we know your monthly pages and the largest paper you print. Ask and we will send it. The lease payment covers the machine, delivery, installation, and training. Service bills separately per page, month to month, with no minimum.
Do you deliver and install in Houston?
Yes. Houston is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days of approval, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
Can I get a brand other than RICOH?
Yes. We recommend the machine, not the brand. RICOH is what we stock, and any make can be sourced. Tell us what you have in mind and the quote reflects it.
