Month to month puts a full commercial printer in your office with no term. You pay a one-time setup deposit that covers delivery, installation, setup, and pickup, then one monthly number for as long as you keep the machine. There is no credit application and no end date. The monthly rate runs higher than a lease payment, because what you are paying for is the freedom to send it back. Toner, parts, labor, and service calls ride on the Total Coverage Plan, billed per page, with a technician onsite within 4 hours. When the need turns permanent, the same machine converts to a lease without leaving your office. How does month to month work?
You pay a one-time setup deposit and a monthly rate. We deliver, install, and train your team. You keep the machine as long as you need it, and when you are done we pick it up. There is no term and no credit application.
What does it cost?
One rate sheet, same for every office: a monthly rate by machine plus the setup deposit. Ask and we will send it. Toner and service bill separately per page on the Coverage Plan.
Is there a minimum length?
No term. Most offices keep a month-to-month machine for a year or more, but nothing requires it.
Is the setup deposit refundable?
No. It covers delivery, installation, network setup, and pickup at the end, so there is nothing else to pay when the machine leaves.
Are toner and service included?
Toner, parts, labor, and service calls are on the Total Coverage Plan, billed per page, month to month, with no minimum. Scanning is unlimited.
Can I switch to a lease later?
Yes, any time. The machine stays where it is and the agreement changes to a 12 to 60 month lease. Most offices that convert do it in the first year or two.
Do I need credit approval?
No. Month to month has no credit application. The setup deposit takes its place.
Do you deliver and install in Dallas and Fort Worth?
Yes. Dallas and Fort Worth is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
