Pay-Per-Print is the equipment lease plus the Total Coverage Plan billed per page. The lease is a fixed monthly payment on a RICOH color multifunction printer for 12 to 60 months, with delivery, installation, and training included. The Coverage Plan bills one published rate for each black and white page and one for each color page, read from the meter remotely, and covers toner, parts, labor, and service calls. There is no page block and no minimum, so a slow month costs less than a busy one. Scanning is never metered. We do not predict your bill. The quote shows the lease rate and the page rates, and the meter does the rest.

What is Pay-Per-Print?
A copier or printer lease at a lower equipment rate, plus the Total Coverage Plan billed per page. You pay the lease, and you pay one published rate for each page you print. No block of pages, no minimum.
What are the per-page rates?
One rate sheet, same for every office: one rate for black and white, one for color. Ask and we will send it. The same rate applies to every page, whether you print 500 or 5,000.
Is there a minimum?
No. No minimum pages, no base charge. A month with no printing is a month with only the lease payment.
What counts as a page?
Each printed or copied side. Scans never count. An 11x17 sheet counts as two pages.
How is the meter read?
Remotely, every month. Nothing to call in, nothing to photograph.
Turnkey Plan or Pay-Per-Print, which fits my office?
Both are on every quote. Steady volume usually fits the Turnkey Plan, because the equipment rate is lower and the pages are included. Low or uneven volume usually fits Pay-Per-Print. If Pay-Per-Print is cheaper at your volume, the quote says so.
Can I cancel the Coverage Plan?
Yes. The Total Coverage Plan is month to month with no cancellation fee. The equipment lease runs its full term and does not auto-renew.
Do you deliver and install in Houston?
Yes. Houston is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days of approval, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
