The duplex document feeder scans both sides in one pass, to email, folder, or cloud, never metered. It is sized for low to medium volume, which is most offices, and it is where law firms and medical offices land. It is not too much machine for a normal office. Are these used copiers?
They are off-lease. Every RICOH we stock came back at the end of a lease at another office: late-model IM series machines, checked and serviced before install, on the same Coverage Plan and the same 4-hour response as a new machine. Kyocera is what we quote new.

How much does it cost to lease a RICOH IM C4500?

Do you deliver and install in Houston?
