The ECOSYS MA4500ifx and TASKalfa MA4500ci are letter and legal copiers at 47 pages a minute, black and white and color, that print, copy, scan, and fax on a desk-side footprint. The TASKalfa MZ4001i and MZ4001ci are the full-size machines: 40 pages a minute, four drawers up to 12x18, a dual scan document processor, and a 1,000-sheet staple finisher, in black and white or color. Every one arrives new, configured the way the quote says. Tell us your monthly pages, whether you print color, and the largest paper you print, and the quote names the machine. Which Kyocera copier is right for my office?
Three questions decide it: roughly how much you print, whether you print color, and the largest paper you print. Print only, black and white, the ECOSYS PA6000x. Letter and legal with copy, scan, and fax, the ECOSYS MA4500ifx in black and white or the TASKalfa MA4500ci in color. Anything on 11x17 or stapled, the TASKalfa MZ4001i or MZ4001ci. Tell us all three and the quote names the machine.
Are the Kyocera machines new?
Yes. Every Kyocera we place is new, built to order with the drawers, document processor, and finishing on the quote. If you would rather not buy new, off-lease RICOH machines are what we stock.
Do you lease or sell Kyocera copiers?
Both. Every quote shows the lease and the purchase side by side. Same machine, same install day, same Coverage Plan. Month to month is a RICOH structure; Kyocera machines are leased or purchased.
Which Kyocera machines print 11x17?
The TASKalfa MZ4001i and MZ4001ci run four drawers up to 12x18. The MA4500ci, MA4500ifx, and PA6000x print letter and legal.
Which Kyocera machines have a finisher?
The TASKalfa MZ4001i and MZ4001ci come with a 1,000-sheet staple finisher in our standard configuration. The letter and legal machines sort output and do not staple.
Does Kyocera do color?
Yes. The TASKalfa MA4500ci is the letter and legal color copier and the TASKalfa MZ4001ci is the 12x18 color copier. The ECOSYS MA4500ifx and PA6000x are black and white.
What comes with a Kyocera lease?
Delivery, installation on your network, print and scan setup, in-person training, and haul-away of your old machine. Toner, parts, labor, and service calls ride on the Total Coverage Plan, billed per page, month to month, with a technician onsite within 4 hours.
How much does a Kyocera copier lease cost?
One rate sheet, same for every office, quoted once we know your monthly pages, color or black and white, and the largest paper you print. Ask and we will send it. The lease payment covers the machine, delivery, installation, and training. Service bills separately per page, month to month, with no minimum.
Do you deliver and install in Dallas and Fort Worth?
Yes. Dallas and Fort Worth is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days of approval, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
Can I get a brand other than Kyocera?
Yes. We recommend the machine, not the brand. RICOH is what we stock off-lease, Kyocera is what we quote new, and any make can be sourced. Tell us what you have in mind and the quote reflects it.
