It prints and copies 40 pages a minute in color, handles letter and legal, and scans to email, folder, or cloud without the scans ever hitting a meter. It is built for low volume. It does not print 11x17 and it does not carry a finisher; when an office needs stapling, an internal stapler can be added. How big is the RICOH IM C400?
19.6 inches wide, 22.1 inches deep and 23.2 inches tall, and 110 pounds. It sits on a desk or on an optional cabinet; the quote says which.
How fast is the RICOH IM C400?
40 pages a minute, in color and in black and white. Copying runs at the same speed.
Does the RICOH IM C400 print 11x17?
No. The IM C400 prints letter and legal. For 11x17, the quote moves to the IM C4500 or IM C6000, which run four drawers up to 12x18.
Does the RICOH IM C400 have a finisher?
No. There is no finisher on the IM C400. When an office needs stapling, an internal stapler can be added to the quote.
How much volume is the IM C400 good for?
Low volume. Above that, the IM C4500 is the right machine, and the quote will say so. Most offices end up on the C4500 or C6000 once they see the paper sizes and finishing they get.
Can a small business lease the IM C400?
Yes. It is the machine most of our low volume leases go on. Approval needs 3 years in business, or a personal guarantee, and comes back the same day.
Are these used copiers?
They are off-lease. Every RICOH we stock came back at the end of a lease at another office: late-model IM series machines, checked and serviced before install, on the same Coverage Plan and the same 4-hour response as a new machine. Kyocera is what we quote new.
Is the IM C400 new or off-lease?
Every RICOH we place is off-lease: a late-model IM series machine that came back at the end of a lease at another office, checked and serviced before it is installed at yours. New machines are available on request. Tell us which you prefer and the quote reflects it.
How much does it cost to lease a RICOH IM C400?
One rate sheet, same for every office. Ask and we will send it. The lease payment covers the machine, delivery, installation, and training. Service bills separately per page, month to month, with no minimum. The quote shows lease and purchase side by side.
Do you deliver and install in Houston?
Yes. Houston is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days of approval, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
What if the IM C400 is the wrong fit?
Try it for 30 days. Outgrow it, or need 11x17 after all? We switch it for the IM C4500 at the same terms.
