How much does an office copier cost to buy?
One price per machine, same for every office, quoted once we know your monthly pages and the largest paper size you print. Ask and we will send it. The price includes delivery, installation, network setup, and training.
Is it cheaper to buy or lease a copier?
Over the years you keep the machine, buying costs less in total. Leasing spreads the cost into a monthly number and hands you a newer machine at term end. The quote shows both, and the gap usually decides it.
Is service included when I buy?
No. The Total Coverage Plan is separate, billed per page, month to month, with no minimum. Most buyers keep it. Nothing requires you to.
What is covered if it breaks?
On the Coverage Plan, everything but the paper: toner, parts, labor, and the service call, with a technician onsite within 4 hours. Without it, repairs and supplies are yours to arrange.
Do you sell pre-owned machines?
Yes. RICOH pre-owned machines are what we stock, checked and reset before delivery. New machines are available on request. Tell us which you prefer and the quote reflects it.
Which machines do you sell?
RICOH color multifunction printers that print, copy, and scan: the IM C400 for small offices, the IM C4500 for most offices, and the IM C6000 for high volume. We recommend the machine, not the brand, and any make can be sourced.
Do you deliver and install in Houston?
Yes. Houston is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that on the Coverage Plan.
Can I finance it instead?
Yes. A 12 to 60 month lease on the same machine is on every quote. Approval takes 3 years in business, or a personal guarantee, and comes back the same day.
