The Turnkey Plan is one flat monthly number that covers the copier or printer, the Total Coverage Plan, and a block of pages included every month. The machine is a RICOH color multifunction printer sized from two questions: how many pages you print a month, and the largest paper you need. Toner ships before you run out, a technician is onsite within 4 hours, and scanning is unlimited. Go over your pages and the extras bill at the same published rate as your plan, never a higher one. Unused pages do not carry over, which is why we size the block to how you actually print. The Coverage Plan is month to month. The lease does not auto-renew.

The Turnkey Plan carries a lower equipment rate than Pay-Per-Print on every machine, because the coverage and the pages come with it.
Pages sized to how you print
Tell us your monthly pages and the largest paper you use. The quote names the machine and the block. Under 8,000 pages a month, the RICOH IM C400. 8,000 to 25,000, the IM C4500 with four drawers and a finisher. Above that, the IM C6000.

Every quote shows both. If Pay-Per-Print is cheaper at your volume, the quote says so.

What is the Turnkey Plan?
One flat monthly number: the copier or printer, the Total Coverage Plan, and a block of pages included every month. Toner, parts, labor, service calls, and unlimited scanning are all inside it. Nothing is metered separately unless you go over the block.
What does the Turnkey Plan cost?
One rate sheet, same for every office, quoted once we know your monthly pages and the largest paper size you print. Ask and we will send it.
How many pages are included?
A block sized to the machine and to how you print. The quote names the number. If your volume changes, the block can change with it.
What happens if I go over my pages?
Extra pages bill at the same published per-page rate as your plan. There is no penalty tier.
Do unused pages carry over?
No. The block resets each month, which is why we size it to your real volume rather than a round number.
Why does the invoice show two lines?
The plan is quoted as one number and billed as two lines: the equipment lease and the Coverage block. Added together they are the number on your quote.
Can I cancel the Coverage Plan?
Yes. The Total Coverage Plan is month to month with no cancellation fee. The equipment lease runs its full term and does not auto-renew.
Do you deliver and install in Houston?
Yes. Houston is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days of approval, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
What is Pay-Per-Print?
The other way to pay: the equipment lease plus one published per-page rate for what you print, with no block. Both options are on every quote.
