How much does it cost to lease an office printer?
One rate sheet, same for every office, quoted once we know your monthly pages and the largest paper size you print. Ask and we will send it. The lease payment covers the machine, delivery, installation, and training. Service bills separately per page, month to month, with no minimum.
Can a small business lease a printer?
Yes. Most of our leases go to offices of 2 to 15 people, usually on the RICOH IM C400. Approval needs 3 years in business, or a personal guarantee, and comes back the same day.
What printers do you lease?
Color multifunction laser printers that print, copy, and scan: the RICOH IM C400 for small offices, the IM C4500 for most offices, and the IM C6000 for high volume. We recommend the machine, not the brand. RICOH is what we stock, and any make can be sourced.
How long is the lease?
24, 36, or 48 months, fair market value. It runs the full term and does not auto-renew.
What happens at the end of the lease?
It ends. Nothing renews on its own. Renew onto a newer machine at typically the same rate, keep going month to month while you decide, or return it.
What if the printer is the wrong fit?
Try it for 30 days. Not the right machine? We switch it, at the same terms.
Do you deliver and install in Houston?
Yes. Houston is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days of approval, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
Can I buy instead of lease?
Yes. Every machine is available to buy outright. Ask and we will price it.
Do you offer month to month?
Yes. A full machine, no term. Keep it as long as you need it, return it when you don't. Ask and we will quote it alongside the lease.

Auto-renewal
Many leases quietly renew for another year if you miss a 90-day window. Ours ends when the term ends.
Penalty overage rates
Go over your pages and you pay the same per-page rate as your plan. Never a higher one.
Page minimums
Most printer leases bundle a monthly page allotment fixed on a guess made before install. Print under it and nothing is credited. Ours has no minimum.
