Most copier contracts fix a monthly allotment on a guess made before install, for 36 to 60 months. Print under it and nothing is credited. Ours has no minimum.

Auto-renewal
Many agreements renew for another full year unless written notice reaches the leasing company 90 to 120 days before term end. Ours ends when the term ends.
