It prints and copies 40 pages a minute in color, carries four 500-sheet drawers that run up to 12x18, and finishes with a 1,000-sheet staple finisher, so 11x17 and stapled sets come out ready. The dual scan document processor scans both sides of 320 originals in one pass, to email, folder, or cloud, never metered. Fax is an option. It is sized for low to medium volume, which is most offices, and it arrives new, configured the way the quote says. Take it on a 12 to 60 month lease or buy it outright. How fast is the Kyocera TASKalfa MZ4001ci?
40 pages a minute, in color and in black and white. Copying runs at the same speed. The same body is available at 50, 60, and 70 pages a minute if an office needs more; the quote names the speed.

Yes. Our standard configuration includes a 1,000-sheet finisher that staples up to 50 sheets, so sets come out collated and stapled. Punch, booklet, and larger finishers are available.
How much volume is the MZ4001ci good for?
Low to medium volume, which is most offices. If your office only prints letter and legal, the TASKalfa MA4500ci is the smaller color machine, and the quote will say so.

New. Every Kyocera we place is a new machine, configured for your office, with the document processor, drawers and finishing on the quote. Off-lease RICOH machines are what we stock; Kyocera is what we quote new.
How much does it cost to lease a TASKalfa MZ4001ci?
One rate sheet, same for every office. Ask and we will send it. The lease payment covers the machine, delivery, installation, and training. Service bills separately per page, month to month, with no minimum. The quote shows lease and purchase side by side.
Do you deliver and install in Houston?
Yes. Houston is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days of approval, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
