The Kyocera ECOSYS PA6000x is the new black and white printer for offices that need fast shared print and already scan elsewhere, or do not scan at all. It prints 62 pages a minute, faster than any of our copiers, and holds letter and legal in two drawers on its own cabinet, with a second drawer added in our standard configuration. There is no scanner and no copier on it, which is the point: it is a printer, priced and serviced like one, that a whole team can share. It does not print 11x17. It is sized for low volume and arrives new, configured the way the quote says. Take it on a 12 to 60 month lease or buy it outright. How big is the PA6000x?
The printer itself is 16.1 inches wide, 16.4 inches deep and 14.3 inches tall, and weighs 36 pounds. As it is quoted, on its second tray and cabinet stand, it stands 39.1 inches tall on the same footprint.
How fast is the Kyocera ECOSYS PA6000x?

Does the ECOSYS PA6000x copy or scan?
No. It is a printer only. For print, copy, scan, and fax at the same size, the ECOSYS MA4500ifx is the machine, and the quote will say so.
Does the ECOSYS PA6000x print 11x17?
No. The PA6000x prints letter and legal. For 11x17, the quote moves to the TASKalfa MZ4001i.
Does the ECOSYS PA6000x print in color?
No. It is black and white. For color at a similar size, the TASKalfa MA4500ci is the copier and printer.
Can I lease a printer by itself?
Yes. The PA6000x leases and sells the same way our copiers do, with delivery, installation, training, and the Coverage Plan alongside.
Is the ECOSYS PA6000x new?
New. Every Kyocera we place is a new machine, configured for your office, with the document processor, drawers and finishing on the quote. Off-lease RICOH machines are what we stock; Kyocera is what we quote new.
How much does it cost to lease a ECOSYS PA6000x?
One rate sheet, same for every office. Ask and we will send it. The lease payment covers the machine, delivery, installation, and training. Service bills separately per page, month to month, with no minimum. The quote shows lease and purchase side by side.
Do you deliver and install in Austin?
Yes. Austin is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days of approval, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
What if the PA6000x is the wrong fit?
Try it for 30 days. Need to scan after all? We switch it for the ECOSYS MA4500ifx at the same terms.

Auto-renewal
Many leases quietly renew for another year if you miss a 90-day window. Ours ends when the term ends.
