What kind of printer does a law firm need?

Can we track printing by client matter?
Yes. User codes can be set by attorney, department, or client matter, so you can see who printed what. Secure print holds a confidential document until the person who sent it releases it at the machine.
What happens to the data on the copier at lease end?
When a machine comes back at the end of the lease, its hard drive is wiped.
