The Total Coverage Plan is the service agreement that comes with every machine we place, on a lease, a purchase, or month to month. It covers toner, parts, labor, maintenance, training, phone support, and onsite service calls, billed at one published rate per page, read from the meter remotely. It is month to month with no minimum, no base charge, and no cancellation fee. When something breaks, a factory-trained technician from our local service network is onsite within 4 hours, and if the machine cannot be fixed we replace it. Scanning is never metered. Already own a machine? Send us the model and your monthly pages and we will tell you whether covering it or replacing it makes more sense.

What does the Coverage Plan include?
Toner, parts, labor, maintenance, training, phone support, and onsite service calls, with a technician onsite within 4 hours. Everything except the paper.
What does it cost?
One published rate per page, one for black and white and one for color, same for every office. Ask and we will send the rate sheet. There is no base charge and no minimum.
Is there a minimum or base charge?
No. You pay for the pages you print, at one rate. A slow month costs less than a busy one.
How fast do you respond?
A technician is onsite within 4 hours of your call during business hours. Most problems are solved on the phone first.
Do you service machines we already own?
Our plans are built around the machines we place. If you already own equipment, send us the model and your monthly pages and we will tell you whether covering it or replacing it makes more sense.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The Coverage Plan is month to month with no cancellation fee. If the machine is on a lease, the lease runs its full term and does not auto-renew.
Is training included?
Yes. In person at install, and again when your staff changes.
Do you deliver and install in Austin?
Yes. Austin is inside our standard install window: delivered, set up on your network, and staff trained within 3 to 5 business days of approval, with a technician onsite within 4 hours after that.
